Your name, email address and shipping address, your Momento plan and print preferences, and — if you choose to connect Instagram — your Instagram username, account id and the photos you select for printing.
We use Instagram's official login. We never ask for or store your Instagram password. With your permission we read your basic profile and your own posted media so you can choose which photos to print. Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest on our servers and are never exposed to your browser. We do not post to your account, read your messages, or access anyone else's content.
To print and mail your photographs, to run your subscription, and to contact you about your orders. We do not sell your data or use your photos for advertising.
Only the service providers needed to deliver your order: our print lab, our shipping carrier, and our payment processor. Each receives only what it needs.
You can disconnect Instagram at any time in Settings, which deletes your stored access token. To delete your account and all associated photos, see data deletion or email privacy@mymomento.app.
