Open Settings → Instagram and choose Disconnect. This immediately deletes the access token we hold for your Instagram account. We stop reading your posts at that moment.
Email privacy@mymomento.app from your account address with the subject “Delete my data”. We remove your account, imported photos, Instagram token, addresses and order history within 30 days, keeping only the minimum billing records the law requires.
If you remove Momento from your Instagram settings, Instagram notifies us automatically and we delete your stored token and imported photos. You'll receive a confirmation code with your request.
